not use the Service:

- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm others.

- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfere with security features.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of RankAudit, you must register for an account and provide accurate and

complete information.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Subscription and Payment

- Certain features require a paid subscription.

- Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for unused time unless

required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on RankAudit are theproperty of Brinked Media Inc. or its licensors. You may not:

- Reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

- Use RankAudit branding without authorization.

5. User Content

If you upload, submit, or transmit content (e.g., domain URLs, project details), you grant RankAudit

a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of

providing the Service.

You retain ownership of your content, and we do not claim any proprietary rights over it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to scrape or interact with the Service

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any portion of the platform

- Upload viruses or malicious code

- Attempt to bypass security or access other users' data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not

guarantee:

- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

- That results or recommendations from audits will be accurate or successful in improving rankings

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brinked Media Inc. shall not be liable for:- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

- If you violate these Terms

- For suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

- If we discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we may delete your data unless retention is

required by law.

10. Privacy

11. Modifications to the Terms

principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
